- To ensure that the cluster's competitive strategy focuses on technology and system integration to gain a higher share of global markets,
- To be a structure that can produce immediate sectoral responses and policies by following global changes at an international standard,
- To contribute to companies developing complementary technologies for advanced technology products, especially in emerging niche areas, from the low-to-medium technology product segment in which they are predominantly located in the medical devices sector,
- To ensure that companies adopt the cluster's existing ecosystem,
- To develop strategies for common goals and implement corporate and public sector collaborations in the medium and long term.
