About the Cluster

The Communication Technologies Cluster aims to foster cooperation and synergy for domestic and national production in the communications sector.

The Communication Technologies Cluster (HTK) was established in 2017 by OSTİM with the support of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) to bring together stakeholders in the communication technologies sector; to act jointly, to reinforce and develop domestic and national development in the economic and industrial fields, to meet the needs of the sector and enable it to compete in international markets, to commercialize the knowledge developed by universities in this field, and to meet the needs of hardware, software and material manufacturers and service providers in the sector.

The Cluster will establish collaborations and undertake joint projects to develop the sector and determine its future goals. To ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of its members, it will offer a wide range of opportunities in areas such as new technology research, institutionalization, financial management, quality management, cost management, and process management. Operating with a logic imbued with the principles of 'local and national', HTK aims to direct the information infrastructure, which is more valuable than money today, in a way that serves the interests of our country.
