The Communication Technologies Cluster (HTK) is a sector-focused collaboration platform operating to increase Türkiye's domestic production and technology development capacity in the field of communication technologies. Established under the leadership of OSTİM, a strong production and innovation ecosystem, HTK brings together companies, universities, and public institutions operating in the fields of telecommunications, electronics, software, hardware, cybersecurity, network technologies, and next-generation communication systems, working towards common goals. The cluster contributes to the development of domestic and national solutions in the communication sector, supporting Türkiye's technological independence.
HTK, which conducts research on future communication systems, primarily 5G, 6G, the Internet of Things (IoT), communication infrastructures, and digital transformation technologies, enhances the competitiveness of its members through R&D projects, national and international collaborations, technology development programs, and export-oriented activities.
