As the Communication Technologies Cluster (HTK), our Trade Delegation visit to Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, which included an intensive business program, aimed to introduce our domestic and national communication technologies to the region, develop sectoral collaborations, and increase export potential.

The program began with B2B meetings in both countries. In Montenegro, the opening meeting, held in Podgorica, was attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Montenegro, Mr. Barış Kalkavan. Following the opening speeches, one-on-one meetings were held with technology and communications companies in Montenegro.

📌 As part of our contacts in Montenegro:

  • A visit was made to Logate, the company acquired by our member Odine. Our delegation was welcomed by Logate CEO Ivica Tatar.

  • At Logate, meetings were held with Crnogorski Telekom and MTEL operators to evaluate sectoral cooperation opportunities.

  • Meetings were held with the Montenegrin Chamber of Commerce and Industry and EKIP (Electronic Communications Agency).

During our meetings in Bosnia and Herzegovina:

  • Business meetings were held with ERONET in Mostar at the operator level.

  • Technology solutions and partnership opportunities were discussed at a meeting with BH Telecom in Sarajevo.

  • A comprehensive meeting was held with the CRA (Regulatory Authority for Communications of Bosnia and Herzegovina) on regulations and the market entry of local products.

  • During a meeting with our Ambassador to Sarajevo, Mr. Emin Akseki, the delegation's activities and strategic gains for our country were evaluated.

  • In addition, participation in the ZEPS Fair allowed for firsthand observation of technology trends and business connections in the region. Through this program, we at HTK have taken our goal of both increasing the visibility of our domestic manufacturers in the international market and creating a foundation for regional technology collaborations one step further.
