The 2nd National Communication Product Workshop, organized by the Communication Technologies Cluster (HTK), brought together the public and private sectors in Sapanca. The event, which addressed Turkey's vision for localization in communication technologies, aimed to strengthen the national ecosystem.
Broad Participation and Strategic Panels
The workshop was attended by Deputy Ministers of Transport and Infrastructure Dr. Ömer Fatih Sayan and Osman Boyraz, BTK President Ömer Abdullah Karagözoğlu, BTK Vice President Mr. Beytullah Kuşçu, OSTİM President Orhan Aydın, TÜBİTAK TEYDEB President Mehmet Aslan, and senior executives from Turkcell, Türk Telekom, and Vodafone. Panels held within the scope of the event evaluated incentives in the communications sector and the national product ecosystem.
Operators Support National Production
Senior executives from Turkey's leading telecommunications operators also participated in the workshop, reiterating their support for the national ecosystem. Turkcell Deputy General Manager Vehbi Çağrı Güngör, Türk Telekom Deputy General Manager Gökhan Evren, and Vodafone Deputy CEO Yago Lopez made important assessments regarding the future of the sector in the panels.
