ProMIS Process Control was founded in 1994 as one of Türkiye's eighth automation companies. Since then, it has completed more than 100 projects in Türkiye and abroad, primarily in the Oil, Gas, and Energy sectors, either as an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or integrator.

1994 – ProMIS Process Control was established

1995 – Manufacturing of Fixing Machines for the Textile Sector

1996 – Signed its first EPC contract as a contractor for a Ceramic Chemical Factory.

1999 – Signed its first EBOP (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract for 5 hydroelectric power plants

2000 – Signed and secured financing for a Shampoo Factory. Excluding Construction

2001 – The first overseas Electricity and Automation Project, a 2 x 100 MW power plant, was signed in Basra, Iraq.

2004 – The first 24 Natural Gas RMS projects were signed.

2005 – A truck loading and tank farm project was signed in Northern Iraq.

2007 – ProMIS Energy was established for Hydroelectric Power Plant Projects and E&I Projects.

2007 – ProMIS Software company was established for web-based ERP software development.

2015 – A 65 MW Hydroelectric Power Plant Project was signed in Afghanistan and managed without the manufacturers' inspectors.

2016 – Completed and commissioned its own hydroelectric power plant with an annual production of 20 GWh. ProMIS was the EPC.

2019 – Completed and commissioned its own hydroelectric power plant with an annual production of 40 GWh. ProMIS was the EPC.

Our main offices are located in three different locations in Ankara. Our software engineers are located in a state-supported technological R&D zone, where most engineers live. Our four-story workshop for panel manufacturing and assembly is in Ankara Ostim, where all the SMEs are located. Our headquarters building is situated in the heart of the office complex where all management, finance, and senior engineering offices are located.

Using the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards obtained by ProMIS, we will implement management systems to control and regulate all risks and functions related to our HSE policy.

All ProMIS personnel will fully participate in this management system to achieve procedures and objectives within the scope of well-defined responsibilities and authority, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Each employee is required to declare and sign a “100% HSE policy commitment” once in January. To this end, each employee is responsible for paying attention to their own health and safety while working and managing others.

This includes eliminating risks to factory equipment and ensuring that the products manufactured do not pose any risks to their health and safety. Each ProMIS employee will monitor the compliance of others with the relevant policies and will alert them if any non-compliance is observed. Each employee is encouraged to identify risk factors, request and receive training on HSE protection.

HSE is incorporated into all systems.

ProMIS will ensure that the aforementioned HSE system is applicable to all business activities and that the policy is understood at every level of the company organization. Using data and experience from the past,

ProMIS will identify any non-conformities.

Automation EPC Contractor:

It offers complete Engineering, Procurement, and Construction services designed to meet the specific needs of the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors.

It can act as an EPC contractor in the E&I field.

It can work as an integrator as part of a multidisciplinary EPC team within a client's organization.

Engineering expertise is provided through a team of experienced personnel.

The Project Engineering Team is selected to suit the specific project requirements.

It can manage and/or consult as a project management team with software and man-hour resources and experience to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Reporting to client KPIs (SPI, CPI), daily, weekly production/progress reports are part of project execution. Waterfall or agile project management methods will be used.
