Mavinci Information Technology Industry and Trade Inc. was founded in 2013 by Muhammed Salih Çetin with the goal of making a difference in national and international arenas. Initially operating in the Gölbaşı Technopark campus, Mavinci has continued its work under the Hacettepe Technopark umbrella since 2015. Developing original, critical, and national technologies and capabilities, Mavinci is making a difference in the fields of security, defense, information technology, and industrial applications, and is confidently progressing towards becoming a leading R&D company in the security and defense industries.

Particularly distinguished by its expertise in software development, technical support, domain specialization, and consulting, Mavinci, with its specialized team, offers solutions and produces innovative technologies in operational areas. In this context, it aims to develop new technologies and produce innovative solutions and network-centric key products in operational areas such as Nuclear Safety Research and Analysis, Disaster and Emergency Management, Decision Support Systems, Command and Control Systems, Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety Solutions, Image Processing, Modeling, Simulation, and Project Management.

In 2016, Mavinci, which also incorporated TTSO into its structure with the aim of producing nuclear safety solutions, entered the European market in 2020 with Mavinci UK, which it established in the UK, thanks to its rapid growth momentum.

In 2020, Mavinci Bilişim was awarded the Facility Security Certificate by the Ministry of National Defence, which is also inspected by the same ministry. This grants the company the authority to supply the Turkish Armed Forces with weapons, vehicles, equipment, and all kinds of logistical supplies related to the defense industry, as well as providing services to NATO. Mavinci also holds ISO 9001-2008 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certifications.

With over 70 employees and a qualified engineering team who contributed to this success, the company continues its R&D activities.
