Founded in 2005, C Tech Information Technologies Inc. operates in the fields of Defense and Security, Aviation and Space, Telecommunications and Broadcasting, specializing in Communication, Cybersecurity and Modeling-Simulation technologies.

With its expertise in information and communication technologies and experienced human resources, CTech fulfills its mission of developing innovative products and solutions for national and international markets. It possesses capabilities in system engineering, electronic hardware design, digital design, communication system design, RF design, embedded and PC-based software design, and the development, integration, and production of systems composed of these components. CTech provides products and solutions to various stakeholders in the public and private sectors, as well as abroad, and undertakes projects.

Our company's headquarters are located in Teknopark Istanbul Campus in Kurtköy, Istanbul, and we also have an office in Cyberpark Campus in Bilkent, Ankara. CTech, with its vision of providing value-added products and solutions to its stakeholders, possesses an R&D and production infrastructure suitable for software development and electronic design and manufacturing.

CTech holds ISO-9001:2015 certification and National and NATO Classified Facility Security Certificates. In its work, CTech bases its operations on internationally recognized standards and approaches such as CMMI Level-3 quality IEEE-12207 and MIL-STD-973. Furthermore, preparatory work for Production Permit and AS9100 certifications is ongoing.

Our company, which has many national and international business partners due to its work, was declared the second Turkish company with the most R&D projects under the European Union Eureka Program by TÜBİTAK in 2012. CTech has been a subsidiary of Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. since January 2018.
