Renkler Makina A.Ş.

Renkler Makina A.Ş. was founded in 1980 as a family company.

Renkler Makina, which started its manufacturing activities in Çankaya / İzmir with a machine park consisting of one lathe and one eccentric press, moved to the Pınarbaşı industrial zone due to increasing business and customer volume, and incorporated punch cutting and sheet metal forming processes, which were new metalworking processes of the time, into its operations in this region. Thanks to its flexible and fast production capabilities, the working area in Pınarbaşı also became insufficient, and in 2000, it moved to its new factory building in the Kemalpaşa / İzmir Organized Industrial Zone.

Since 2011, Renkler has accelerated its growth in its second factory building in the Manisa Organized Industrial Zone, primarily focusing on sheet metal processing and forming operations such as laser cutting, punch cutting, press brake bending, welded joining, and assembly. It is rapidly expanding its international customer portfolio, particularly through its co-developer (design and development partner) position with global clients.

In 2013, the company commenced operations in its third new factory building in Kemalpaşa Organized Industrial Zone, expanding its sectoral distribution to meet the high-demand GSM, Energy, Defense Industry, and Public sector shelter (container) needs in the national and international markets. Through increased capacity and capability development, it minimized risks and significantly increased opportunities.

As of May 31, 2018, 100% of the shares of Renkler A.Ş. were acquired by KROS Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., a leading company in its sector. With the strengthened organization resulting from the Renkler/Kros partnership, Renkler Makina's successes continue to increase.

Since its establishment, Renkler has added the design and manufacture of mechanical parts, molds, and fixtures to its sheet metal cutting and forming capabilities using machining, press stamping, punching, laser, and bending. With its ability to produce welded, semi-assembled, assembled, and turnkey products in addition to individual parts, Renkler has become a strategic supplier to the national and international industrial sector.

Renkler, which has been developing for years as a "Preferred Supplier" of Schneider and Bosch, is also an award-winning organization that has received the best solution and quality award from the Siemens group of companies.

Our apprenticeship training unit, which has been operating within our organization since 2008 and has received a quality award from the Ministry of National Education, takes pride in graduating 40 students each year who are exemplary in both social skills and technical abilities, thus contributing to the development of qualified workforce in our country.

With its OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 3834, EN 15085 and 14001 Environmental Management System certifications, the company successfully maintains and enhances its sensitivity to its employees, operations, stakeholders, and the environment, becoming a shining star in its sector.
