Kod-A was founded in 2006 with the mission of developing and providing document-based technologies and solutions for the global market. Growing rapidly since its inception, Kod-A quickly became a market leader in document archiving. In 2012, Kod-A established the Digital Archive City building in Izmir, a unique concept in Türkiye, and with this investment, set its sights on becoming the largest in Europe.

Technology Development: Kod-A develops software-based technologies and products for document scanning, image processing, document archiving, and document management. Furthermore, in its turnkey projects, it provides customized solutions tailored to the needs and demands of its clients.

Services: Code-A primarily offers Service Bureau services. Service Bureau services involve scanning and digitizing company and institutional documents, books, correspondence, bound papers, and similar materials. This process consists of six stages: document sorting, scanning, image enhancement, indexing, quality control, and digitization.

Distributor: Kod-A is the sole technology distributor in Turkey for ABBYY, a world-renowned company specializing in document scanning, image enhancement, form processing (automatic data entry from forms), OCR, ICR, OMR, barcode recognition, and freeform processing (invoice processing).

ABBYY FineReader is used by almost all companies operating in these fields in our country. With this distributorship, Kod-A continues its efforts to bring sector companies together under one umbrella.
