Founded in 2022 by two co-founders, Muzaffer Duysal and Zafer Şen, Hello Space is Turkey's first commercial pocket satellite initiative. It will provide data services from space via pocket satellites (pocketqube) using Internet of Things technology. By offering data services through pocket satellites, a brand-new technology worldwide, it stands out as one of the space technology startups originating from Turkey that aims to be competitive on the global stage.

Hello Space, the first company to provide services via Pocketqube Satellite using LoRaWAN, offers narrowband data communication with pocket satellites measuring 5x5x5 cm, the world's smallest satellite standard. By creating a network of over 80 pocket satellites to be sent into space, Hello Space will provide end-to-end data services through data transfer from surface-based IoT (Internet of Things) devices to ground stations and then to the internet cloud. Compared to existing IoT services, Hello Space will offer continuous, reliable data services with worldwide coverage, providing solutions to sectors such as energy, agriculture, and manufacturing with the latest space technologies. It will also offer significant solutions in logistics, such as freight and vehicle tracking services on rail and sea routes.

Hello Space's first pocket satellite, 'Istanbul', is preparing to take its place in space in 2023 aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket.
