Our Vision: To become a leading brand in the energy sector, primarily in uninterruptible power supplies, both globally and domestically. Our biggest goal is to closely follow technological developments in the energy sector and provide professional solutions that meet customer needs, respect the environment, and exceed expectations.

Our Mission: To enable our customers to benefit from the advantages of manufacturing in Turkey and to provide solutions by accurately identifying their energy needs. While providing these solutions, we aim to maximize customer satisfaction by producing devices that comply with international quality standards, are cost-effective, and have superior technical specifications.

TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION

ENEL is an institution that has consistently prioritized research and development throughout its 30-year history. This emphasis has significantly contributed to its success and growth from its early years to the present. ENEL's R&D Department, a cornerstone of the power electronics sector in Turkey, has grown from a three-person team to a large organization of 60 people today. As a result, ENEL's R&D department is able to develop higher quality, more technologically advanced, and higher value-added products. Achieving firsts in Turkey and the world in the field of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) demonstrates ENEL's R&D strength. The design and production of a 300kVA transformerless uninterruptible power supply was offered to users for the first time in the world as a product of ENEL's R&D efforts. ENEL was the first in Turkey to use a three-level inverter circuit topology in its products and to produce high-efficiency uninterruptible power supplies. ENEL's R&D Department, believing that overcoming global energy shortages depends on utilizing renewable energy sources, conducts R&D activities in solar and wind energy. The first output of these efforts, a solar-compatible Hybrid Uninterruptible Power Supply, was developed by the R&D Department. High-power central inverters used in photovoltaic power plants and smaller-power inverters for individual use have also been developed and brought to market by the R&D Department. R&D studies on other renewable energy sources are ongoing. To further develop its R&D infrastructure and culture, and to demonstrate that qualified R&D activities are conducted in Turkey, ENEL applied to the General Directorate of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey in December 2011 to benefit from the opportunities offered under the "Law No. 5746 on the Support of Research and Development Activities". Following the examinations and monitoring expert visits, it was decided that ENEL's R&D Department would be included in the support program as an R&D Center starting in March 2012. Having successfully passed R&D Center audits conducted since 2013, it has continued to maintain its R&D Center status for many years.

COLLABORATIONS

ENEL uses products from the world's leading semiconductor companies in its products. Therefore, solutions are developed through collaborations between ENEL's R&D Department and semiconductor manufacturers. The R&D Department works with academics in its projects and places great importance on university-industry collaboration. In this way, it offers its users the benefits of research conducted at universities.
